Hi, I'm Kara,


A Certified Personal Trainer

Pre & Post-Natal Fitness Specialist, PN-1, DTS Level 1 Coach, Agatsu KB1 Specialist, and contributor to Girls Gone Strong. I’m also a mom to two amazing kids, 2 adorable dogs and wife of one of the city’s best chefs! I have a passion for building community through my inclusive approach to fitness that welcomes all fitness levels and body types.

KSA Fitness is a LGBTQ2S+ inclusive space.

Group Classes

At KSA Fitness we have plenty of class options to fit your schedule. Strength and Conditioning, Barbell Basics, Bodyweight Challenge, 30 Minute Mobility and Yoga Flow are on the schedule each week! Please see my class schedule for options. Classes are held at my studio located at 2782a Dundas Street West.
