Online Girl Squad (Ages 9+)

A virtual class just for the girls! This 30 minute class is designed to provide girls with a body positive and supportive environment where they will develop motivation, confidence, and physical competence in an active lifestyle. This class is based on teaching girls good fundamental movements through strength training, agility and balance. Exercises will be primarily bodyweight exercises along with some basic props that are easily found around the home such as step stool, sports ball or water bottles. Participants will be asked to keep their video on so that the instructor can help correct form but everyone will be muted to minimize distractions. Mondays @4:45pm. January 11 – March 8 (no class on February 15th for Family Day). 8 classes for $80+ HST.

Online Co-ed Youth Fitness

This virtual 30 minute class is designed to provide kids aged 9+ with motivation, confidence, and physical competence in an active lifestyle. This class is based on teaching kids good fundamental movements through strength training, agility and balance. Exercises will be primarily bodyweight exercises with some basic props that are easily found around the home such as a step stool, sports balls, pillows and towels. Participants will be asked to keep their video on so that I can help correct their form but everyone will be muted to minimize distractions. Wednesdays @4:45pm. Classes run January 13 – March 10. 9 classes for $90+ HST.
