Certified Personal Trainer. Pre & Postnatal Fitness Specialist. Fitness enthusiast, mother of two amazing kids, wife to a fabulous chef, a dog lover and avid gardener. Whether its a walk on the trails with my dog, a fast-paced game of soccer with my kids or some quality time with a barbell, I love to move! My training style uses bodyweight exercises, kettlebell training, medicine and stability balls, sandbags, resistance bands and good-old traditional dumbbells. KSA Personal Training is a reflection of me and my lifestyle but also about the Knowledge, Strength and Action that I bring to my work and share with my clients.

A monthly membership to KSA On-Demand Workouts launches with follow-along workout videos that range from 10 minute finishers to 45 minute full body workouts!
