 Strength + Conditioning

Morning Class:

Fridays | 9:30am

Evening/Afternoon Class:
Mondays | 6:30pm

Tuesdays | 12:00pm + 5:30pm

Thursdays | 12:00pm + 6:30pm

This circuit training based class uses dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, medicine balls, and all the other gym toys to get a sweaty full body workout! We’ll warm up together, break off into stations and come back together for a workout finisher and stretch. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels with exercise modifications along the way to meet you where you’re at!

Bodyweight Challenge

Morning Class:
Saturdays | 10:00am + 11:15am

The Bodyweight Challenge is a combination of bodyweight conditioning, core strengthening and mobility. Although the focus is on bodyweight based exercises, we will incorporate bands, stability balls, and balance trainers. This hour long class is perfect for all fitness levels – a great start for beginners who are new to strength training, but with plenty of challenges for intermediate and advanced folks!

30 Minute Mobility

Morning Class:
Fridays | 10:30am (hybrid)

This class is free for everyone!

Join me for 30 minutes of focused mobility and core work. Our mobility work will focus primarily on hips and shoulders but your hamstrings, calves, glutes, wrists, ankles and back will all benefit from this body work. We'll open up some lovely space in your joints and you'll be SO glad you made this time for yourself. Join in-person or online — the Zoom link will be sent with your confirmation email when you sign up online.

 Barbell Basics

Morning Class:
Wednesdays | 9:30am

Afternoon Class:
Mondays | 2:00pm

Evening Class:
Wednesday + Thursday | 5:30pm

This class is for those who want to learn to lift heavy! We’ll focus on developing technique and strength in the three main barbell lifts — back squat, deadlift and bench press. Each class will start with a mobility warm-up before we move into pairs to complete one of the main lifts. You’ll then be provided with accessory exercises to support that day’s lift. You will be provided with a notebook to keep track of your progress each class.

Yoga Flow

Morning Class:
Sundays | 10:00am

Yoga Flow is a dynamic and fluid practice that synchronizes movement with breath, creating a seamless flow of poses. This class is designed to build strength, flexibility, and body awareness while cultivating a sense of mindfulness and presence. The class may include a combination of standing, balancing, and seated poses with variations and options provided to accommodate different levels of experience. Yoga Flow is taught be instructor Ameerah Ali.

 

 Youth Fitness

Afternoon Class:
Wednesdays | 4:30pm

Class FULL

This 45 minute class is designed to introduce kids of all genders to strength training fundamentals. We’ll squat, hinge, push, and pull using dumbbells, kettlebells, and medicine balls to gain confidence and strength in the gym. Each class will begin with a group warm-up, a group strength circuit to learn new skills, followed by circuit stations with class favourites such as heavy ropes, sled pulls, box jumps, chin ups and more.

Classes are capped at 6 participants.

Spring Session session is in progress until the end of May.

Teen Barbell Basics

Afternoon Class:
Mondays/Tuesdays/Thursdays | 4:15pm

All classes FULL

The Teen Barbell Basics class will focus on barbell based exercises including bench press, deadlift, back squat, front squat, and overhead press. To register for this class, teens should have already participated in a previous Teen Barbell class or have taken the Learn to Lift class. Maintaining form while we progress movements is the central focus of this class. Fall Session will run for 12 weeks

Spring Session is in progress until the end of May.

Learn to Lift (13+)

Afternoon Class:
Fridays | 4:15pm

Registration Opens November 29th

The Learn to Lift class will introduce teens 13+ to barbell based exercises including back squat, front squat, deadlift, bench press and overhead press. This 8 week class is a prerequisite for the Teen Barbell Basics class that is specially designed for beginners to barbell exercises and weight training. This class will focus on the form and technique needed to progress these movements.

Spring Session in is progress until the end of May.
